"We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

"We loved this property! It was perfect for our family. While we spent much of our time in the Williamsburg area, we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet at the end of the day. I was a little unsure of staying on the same property as the owner and was afraid it would feel as if there were no privacy. I could not have been more wrong. James was available but not at all intrusive. We’re hoping to return in the future!"

"Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. "The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club.
