"Great stay for my purpose. Beach directly across the street, so love that! Room was clean and well cared for overall. You can cook which is also great to budget and have a home cooked meal. Only suggestion I have is leave a dollar store antibacterial dish soap and sponge in the rooms, that have a kitchen. If you come in late and want to cook a meal not everyone is going to run out to purchase this. In addition, the people that do not purchase or bring these item's are most likely just rinsing...

"The duplex was very clean and met our needs. The refrigerator quit working the first night and the host had it repaired before we returned from our fishing trip the next day so we were able to freeze all of the fish we caught for the week. The laundry facility was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and in a great location for the places we visited. We will definitely book again if available for our next fishing trip to Panama City."

"We can honestly say we loved our 21 day stay with zero complaints as everything was as advertised! Property Manager Beth was very welcoming and responsive to the few times we had a question and handled things professionally. We were able to see Beth a few times during our stay and she was very pleasant and informative about the property and surrounding area. "Everything was perfect! Abby was prompt when answering all communication. The house was perfect and all the extras were great. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were all provided. The neighborhood was very cute and enjoyed the mini golf and shuffleboard. Loved being able to drive the cart across the street to the beach. I highly recommend!"

"Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord."

"We loved the property. Everything was as advertised. The porch was amazing, location was great. I had one small complaint and it was that there was only one frying pan in the kitchen, which made cooking breakfast a little tricky sometimes. Other than it was perfect!"

"We knew we had booked the right place as soon as we walked in the door. Felt like a model home. Everything we needed was there- bikes, beach wagon with chairs and umbrella (saved us quite a bit of money!). The carriage house is on a quiet street, a very short walk down the street to the beach access. Updated finishes throughout, and a bed that slept great. The only complaint we had (which is not really a complaint) is that hooks for the robes and towels would have come in handy. I feel bad...
