"This well equipped and very well maintained home on the lakefront was perfect for our vacation. The design takes advantage of the scenic views that surround the property. Walking trails at Hamlin Beach State Park are minutes away. "

The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. "

"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!"

"Our family has stayed in this beautiful historic home for a reunion with relatives in the Rochester area for the past 5 years. The house is clean and very spacious. We were able to easily seat everyone for daily dinners between the dining room table and the picnic table on the porch, and we made good use of the gas grill. "The property was exactly as described, very cozy and very clean. The sound of the lake, the quiet, the atmosphere, everything contributed to the overall peaceful sensation we enjoyed at the lake. The only downfall was that the check in process was a little stressful, as the exact checkin process was not described until we got into direct contact with the owner, who was very nice. But the local towns were very nice and friendly, including several nice lighthouses and tourist areas."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient because of the breakfast which was continental and good. 3 stars overall because we had neighbors one night talking loudly and playing music until about 4 am. Granted we did not notify the staff. "
