We also rented the pontoon boat and ventured out on the most beautiful lake! The cool water was enjoyed by the kids and well as most of us adults! "Awesome spot in the Blue Ridge, GA area. We had a group of 11 guys stay here for a reunion so this worked for us. The property is gigantic with lots of space to hang and roam. One issue we had was one side of the house was not cooling down as well as the rest of the house. The manager was responsive and had an A/C repair man come check it out the next day. The other issue was there was no ice in the ice machines when we arrived and they never did work during our stay. Nonetheless, we had a great...

"Windy Hill Lodge is an absolute paradise in the mountains! The cabin, and all of its amenities, were absolutely top-notch and the process of checking in couldn't have been easier! I don't know if there's better views anywhere in North Carolina! We enjoyed Windy Hill Lodge so much that we never even went into town… Just stayed and enjoyed the views and the great breeze!We cannot wait to return next year!"
