Your home features three bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, private fenced in backyard with outdoor seating, and plenty of room to comfortably spread out in the living area. Don't forget about the Charcoal Brick Oven in the back.
Upon entering the home, you'll step into the freshly designed living room, with the a large sofa to relax on while you watch your favorite series on the mounted TV. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor and are a perfect space conveniently to enjoy a meal together and have the entire group engaging in fun conversations. The dining room features 6 modern chairs, seated at a gorgeous glass table.
With Whole Foods less than 10 minutes walk and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you'll need to make and enjoy meals at home. The kitchen also has a door leading to the outdoor space with seating.
The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd level of the home where you will find the three bedrooms, and two full-size bathrooms. The main bedroom easily sleeps 2 people on the queen sized-bed and has an ensuite. 1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) We have plenty of homes where we welcome pets! While this is not one of them, please reach out to our team so we we can provide you with our pet friendly homes.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) Please inquire about advanced parking reservations.
6) Please remember that you're staying in a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat our home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
7) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
8) There is a Charcoal Brick Oven guests are welcome to use. Guests must supply their own charcoal and fire supplies.
