"Our family, ranging from 4 months to 90 years old chose this lovely property as a place to share quality together. It did not disappoint!! The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying yard games, basketball playing, s'more making deer viewing and relaxing in the hot tub! The proximity to Lambertville and New Hope was very convenient. "

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"A beautiful eclectic home !! Had a wonderful family girls trip celebrating my sister’s 65th birthday! This home was spacious with stunning views and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed that we were close enough to town and yet at the end of the day benefited from the privacy & uniqueness of this fabulous home , additionally, the goats were an added bonus to our fun . Lastly , David could not have been a better host !. Our needs were immediately addressed !! A++"

"The owner met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The atmosphere is fantastic! It's far enough from downtown to be very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to get to restaurants in 5 minutes. The owner had great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. The area was beautiful! I just wish we had direct a free more days here!"

"I believe that the outside photos are from when the property was list with realtor. The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. The restrooms were not as clean as I prefer ( I cleaned them myself prior to use). The water output for both showers is very LOW flow (if you have thick or long hair - good luck getting the shampoo rinsed out) . Only one tea towel in...

"Kurt, the property manager, gave us an amazing tour when we arrived which really added to the charm of this place. My wife is currently pregnant so we didn’t take advantage of how close the hiking trail into New Hope was to the cottage but it was a really short drive into town. We appreciated that we were outside of the downtown area because it made it even easier to get to other cute places we wanted to experience in the area. Very charming cottage and great experience overall."

"The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property.
