"Nice location, only about a 1 mile walk to Kinnick. There also is a good restaurant right across the street and plenty of other restaurants, groceries, etc... within easy driving distance. Public rooms in house are not big, but a surprising amount of space in the bedrooms. Owner also found something someone in our group left and worked to return it to us, which was very nice."

"We were here for a reunion in the area, was a perfect place to stay. A nice park across the street that we used quite a bit, walking, disc golf, basketball. Enjoyed the 2 living rooms, reclining couch! Quiet neighborhood, we would come back!"

"This is a great home to stay in. My wife and I, teenage daughters and in-laws all stayed together. There was plenty of space to spread out. Lots of nice touches to make the house feel like a home. Location wise was fantastic! I felt like everything we needed was within 4-7 minutes away. I highly recommend this home for your next stay."
