"This property is actually part of a small conference center but the house is well-situated on it's own with no problems or interference from others. Plenty of space for our party and allowed easy gathering of family for meals, etc. The grounds are very nice and provided great exploring for the kids. Would rent this property again."

She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to make some spontaneous changes to our booking due to travel difficulties. "There was a 4 pm check in. Property was not ready and we came back at 4.45 p.m. Rooms had cobwebs. Mouse in the dining room and big fireplaces blew out smoke when lit although we followed the directions. Firewood was for sale and not provided. Bathroom broke. Sofa in the main living room was old and sunk down so we could not use. "Gym" was a few pieces of equipment outside under a carport type structure and was covered by tarp as was the outside furniture. Toilet broke and owner tried to...

"An excellent family weekend to celebrate an 80th birthday. Lovely comfy beds. Good to have two dishwashers. Tumble drier not terribly efficient so a clothes maiden would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely stay."

Lovely log fire and the views from windows were beautiful....fields and horses. Spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. I’m sure we’ll be back.
