"It was a quiet and lovely home to spend Christmas with the family. There is a bedroom and bathroom on every floor which made it convenient for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make all our meals and even a coffee maker which was perfect for all the coffee drinkers. The host was very easy to contact and gave clear instructions for a smooth check in and check out process. Everything exceeded my expectations and made it a memorable Christmas!"

"The property was perfect for our extended weekend visit for a wedding. Everything was clean and organized. "

"The house is clean, updated and the views are amazing! We were there in January, so we didn't use the dock, but the house was perfect. The living space and kitchen is large and open, the bedrooms are spacious, and the movie screen set up downstairs was perfect to watch a game and a movie. Will be back!"

Located in a relatively historic area of Downtown Murfreesboro, this place was absolutely beautiful. The structure has been completely renovated with modern amenities while many aspects have been restored or preserved. "We enjoyed spending special family time. The kitchen is perfect for a multi family gathering. Liked having multiple spaces to eat, play games, a do crafts. Having the kayaks (adult and kid size) was wonderful. Realized we were one kayak short late in the week and could have used all that were stated in the description. The kids loved fishing off the dock! Having kids fishing poles was a huge hit! We had to borrow another little kid life jacket from a friend. We rented a boat for the day and the...

"The property was very adequate for the needs of our large family. Check in was smooth, house was clean, and the large, fenced-in back yard was great for playing Spikeball, tag, and just running around. The “twin bed room” in the description threw us a bit, because we were expecting two bunk beds , but we managed fine. "

"My girlfriends and I wanted to get a cabin for a couple of days for a book retreat, and this place did not disappoint! We took a walk around the neighborhood, both solo as well as in a group, and everyone felt very safe. We did end up bringing all of our own groceries, so I can’t comment on ease of finding food, but we had no problem preparing all of our meals, the hot tub was GREAT! "We stayed in this home with some childhood friends. It was a good house for just hanging out and the communication up to, during and after the stay was great!"

"Our stay was very nice overall. House was clean and host was very communicative. Great views from the kitchen and the porch. My only complaint is that the lake was drawn down when visited (January), so the dock was sitting on dirt. The only critters within casting distance of the dock were squirrels. "Absolutely the most comfortable and welcoming home. We stayed for four days and didn’t want to leave. We were there for Thanksgiving, our hostess thought of all the little things we would need which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We will be back 10 out of 10! "
