"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. "

"This was the perfect situation for a party of 9. We didn't know, however, the unit did not face the water. Beds were comfortable but pillows flat. The kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend staying here again if you don't mind not facing the Gulf. Really enjoyed the amenities."

"The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."

"It was a great house! Very spacious with great location. Loved how big the bedrooms were & that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also loved the big open kitchen/living room. House was big enough for extended family to stay together for a family wedding & never felt crowded. Also loved being able to just walk outside & be on beach. Would highly recommend this house! "

"This was a very roomy condo for just the 2 of us! Great view & easy access to the gorgeous beach below!! It looked pretty much like the photos! Loved how the full moon rose over the ocean while we were there. (June ‘24). We also could catch a glimpse of the sunrise and sunset on either end of the beach from the balcony. (best view is from the beach though!!) The AC worked really well. So nice that we could adjust it to our liking. When we were gone for the day, we didn’t keep it as cool—to save...

The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. "The property is very nice. I like the smaller complex, Less people running around. Elevator always available. Pool area not good. at all. Needs updating but would stay here again ."

"Beautiful condo, location was perfect for our needs. "

"We had a great time at this condo! We had everything we needed and the condo was clean. My only complaint is the main entry door did not have a deadbolt or lock from the inside and my two year old could open the door. We had to leave a cooler in front of the door the whole stay. Otherwise, I had no issues with the condo!"
