"Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "

"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. "Property was very well kept and extremely clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because it was quite q bit smaller than we expected. The kitchen, living and dining room are all one room. There were just two of us, so space was adequate, however, with four or six it would be tight. Dining table small and only has 4 chairs. The second bathroom is nice to have. "
