"Nice location, clean and inviting."

"Property was amazing as were the hosts. We stayed for a week and had family and friends over the course of the week. It was a perfect venue with a large kitchen to gather with anything you could possibly need (including a drawer full of spices in case you forgot something ;), a game room for hanging/playing games, and the living room has a large TV and surround sound with a huge sofa so we enjoyed watching a movie or two. There is a Sonos sound system that covers every area of the property which...

"We were there for our grandson's wedding. This little house exceeded all expectation. Just lovely and with so many extra thoughtful touches, i.e. pumpkins and fall flowers for cozy October. Too many to list. "

"We stayed with a group of friends over the superbowl weekend. We have stayed here before and we loved it just as much the second time as we did the first. The owner makes things easy for those who stay from her communication with you to the checkout process. The amenities are amazing. We had a great time and we will stay again!"

"House is pretty and functional. Spotless. They offer everything needed (towels, toiletries, pillows etc). Kitchen has everything needed. They kindly left food, seasoning and the coffee bar is great. Walkable distance from all the cute stores, restaurants and museums. We drove to the Cave Winery and had a great time. Would definetly come back."

"This is a very charming and cozy house. It was very clean and the appliances were all new/newer. The home has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 king. They also have a blow up bed in the closet. Great selection of k cup coffees and tea bags. A very special surprise of gooey butter cakes from Pats, the local pastry shop."

"Stayed at this location with two other coworkers. We have larger work trucks, so the large driveway made it easy to accommodate our vehicles. The house itself is spacious with a nice front area to hang out and watch shows. Host was very kind and responsive when any communication was needed."

"Gorgeous interior decorating and home was very clean. Plenty of room for a family - bedrooms are very big and beds are super comfortable! "

"A very clean and pleasant property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visit with our eldest daughter, her fiancé, and granddaughter. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate but it did not dampen the joy of spending time with our family.We really enjoyed the house and all amenities provided! We did have to replace a toaster, but it was nothing for us to do so. We hope to be able to book this property again!"

"We had a great stay at Sam’s property. It is a very nice and unique property in a great location in downtown St Genevieve. It is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown and Sam is a great host. "

"We absolutely loved this property. The close proximity to the Shooting Complex was great. Had storms blow throw right before we arrived to a house with no power. Riley was great to accommodate until power was restored and stay in constant communication throughout the entire ordeal. Would definitely stay again."

"The little blue cottage was very comfortable, clean and close to everything downtown. We parked the car and walked everywhere. It was on a quiet street. The bed was comfy, clean kitchen. We liked the little back yard, for relaxing. "

"We have stayed at this location many times and it is always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and always clean at a great price. They are doing updates at this location so the dining room/kitchen was a little in disarray. The breakfast wasn't as good as it normally is. "
