"this property is absolutely stunning and the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location was beautiful and private and close to Stewarts Point General store (coffee and sandwiches) and the Lodge (cocktails and dinner). Easy access to Sea Ranch trails and community pools. The hosts were fantastic and the house had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!"

"House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend."

"We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. You'll really enjoy your stay."

" If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet getaway in the woods, this is it. We enjoyed a three day getaway with our 1 yr old granddaughter and had a blast at the home and surrounding area…and so did our little dog who loved exploring the fenced yard. Big screen tv, good wifi, convenient in-suite laundry facilities, comfy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen… all made for a very enjoyable stay."

"Our family of four stayed at Paradise for the long weekend. The home was easy to check-in and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the river was beautiful. The location was great. "My husband and I booked a two week stay here, the property was absolutely amazing! Great interior design, the exterior gardens were also elegantly put together and serene. "We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the newly revamped Dawn Ranch. Went for a couples weekend and did the cottage, spa, dinner. Cozy fun vibes. Reduced stars for cottage being a little cold/drafty (that’s me), spa being a little intense about the rules, and restaurant as well. They had to turn away sooooo many ppl without reservations so def make them for dinner! Free wine tasting and excellent masseuse a plus. "
