"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"Everything from start to finish was incredible! Amy's communication was superb. Once we arrived, the house was exactly as it looked in the listing, BUT BETTER! "This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The size of the home is perfect for our whole family. Location is wonderful for all the skiers. We had an issue with the dishwasher, which we had a quick response to, but were unable to use the dishwasher during the stay. We had a large group of people and prepared and ate all meals at the house. The lack of a dishwasher was an inconvenience. Overall, that was a minor thing. The house was great."

"Beautiful home with great ambiance and convenient location. The owner was very communicative throughout. Our group of 10 friends stayed here for a long weekend and all slept comfortably. It was an added bonus having an extra living space equipped with a bar, pool table, hot tub and games. The outdoor fire pit was also great for staying warm and making s’mores. We hope to return in warmer months to take advantage of the backyard pickleball court!"

"We had a great stay in Lake Harmony. Joe was easy to communicate with and checked in the first night. We loved the view and the location is great. We skied Big Boulder and went tubing at Blue Mountain. There are many restaurants nearby and we visited Nick's, Shenanigans, and The Hub. Our kids loved being in the hot tub while watching it snow."

"We stayed at this property to attend a nearby festival and was perfect for our needs. The accommodations were clean and the check in process easy. Two of the beds were comfortable but the third was in need of a new mattress. The deck was also in need of some attention as there were some loose boards causing a couple of us to trip while crossing it. We did not use the kitchen appliances or the cookware available at the house. The water was hot and clean and the bathroom fixtures all functioning...
