"This is our second time staying at the property and it only got better. The hosts do a wonderful job of keeping this property looking good and their attention to detail is great. "This was our fourth trip to the river house. This time we went to celebrate my granddaughter who turned 13 and my daughter who turned 30. It was a wonderful week full of fun, adventure, hiking, swimming/playing in the river, s’mores, food and games. This is the absolute best place in the world for quality family time. This place really feels like home. 🥰"

"Great attention to detail. Hosts left extra surprises (including fresh flowers!!!) and provided everything we would need for our stay. The flat was clean, private/quiet, and communication and checking in and out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!"

"The home was lovely and I have never seen a VRBO so well stocked with anything you might need. Everything was provided. The creek is a soothing sound and the dogs just loved the yard! Close to some great trails. Very gracious hosts."

"Came down from Louisville for a long weekend to see family. This was perfect for a couple. A full kitchen, new washer and dryer. We had our friends over one night and had a fire (roasting sticks for smores can be found in the kitchen). We found it very thoughtful that Audrey provided us with an extra dog leash and poop bags. An added bonus was the heating floor in the bathroom!! All around a great weekend away"

The property and house was magnificent with great views of the mountains. The house was spacious and just made you feel at home. The hosts were responsive but not intrusive.
