One Hundred Thousand Welcomes

Located in a quiet neighborhood three minutes from Waldport Oregon with exceptional ocean views in a private wooded setting. Three blocks from beach access with miles and miles to explore. There is a trail below the house that leads to a hidden lake which is a great walk with the dogs.
One Hundred Thousand Welcomes is the perfect home base for discovering the central Oregon coast.
To the south is the charming village of Yachats and beautiful rocky coastline of Cape Perpetua and all the breathtaking views in between.
To the north is Seal Rock, Newport and Depoe Bay, offering interesting and fun activities for everyone. From whale watching and fishing, surfing and kayaking, tide pooling to art galleries. Not to mention lots of eclectic eateries. The list can go on and on. You are in a perfect location to experience it all.
Welcome to the central Oregon coast. Welcome to our communities but, most importantly, welcome to our home. One Hundred thousand of them! “Céad Míle Fáilte.”

This is a great property with wonderful views and a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub was bonus. Sunsets were immaculate. We stayed with our two dogs and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for letting us use this wonderful property. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Pug-cation
This place is a great getaway for the weekend for me and my husband along with our Pug. We found it very clean and we were impressed on how super dog friendly it really is. The view is truly spectacular! A Hundred thousand thank you’s!

I can’t say enough about this property! So amazing! Great house, great view, great yard! The attention to detail is amazing. They absolutely thought of everything for the dog. So peaceful! Easy access to the beach with miles to walk. We will definitely be back!

Cozy cousin weekend
We had a wonderful stay at sandpiper village. The house was cute, clean and cozy. There were lots of little thoughtful touches and the big windows gave a beautiful view to the ocean. The short walk down to the beach was easy! Sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the ocean was our favorite part! We would definitely come back !

Christmas get away
This was an amazing house. It was very cozy, clean, and well stocked. The view was spectacular. We were even able to take the pups to the beach. Peter is absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful man. We will certainly be back.

We had a great stay at this cozy and fun house. Enjoyed the hot tub, dvds and dog friendly atmosphere. Very quiet location. Nice and peaceful. One thing that can be changed is the overhanging bushes near the driveway. It made it really hard for us with our Sprinter Van.

Truly where the forest meets the sea!
From NorCal, we were looking to escape the heat for a week. The view is phenomenal, both from inside and outside the home. We were fortunate to have sunny skies and mid to high 60 degree weather. The property is surrounded by groomed foliage, giving it a private feel, even though there are surrounding neighbors. We were a party of 4 adults with 2 small dogs, and we did not feel closed in by any means. The living area / sun room is spacious. The rooms are on the smaller side, but aside from sleeping, not much time was spent there. Very clean and well-stocked, it has everything one may need. The walk to the beach is a pleasant 5-7 min through a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of good eateries locally and in surrounding towns. Of note: It is incredibly pet friendly! There are extra leashes, towels, and bowls for your pet’s use. The side patio/garden is especially convenient for letting them out. We unintentionally left behind our elevated pet bed, but hopefully the next family with their beloved furry friend find it useful. Highly recommend and hope to return someday!

Our family and dogs really enjoyed our stay at the beach. Even though it rained most days, the house was comfortable and the huge windows still allowed us to watch the ocean. We really appreciated being able to bring ours dogs, they loved it and we loved being able to run them on the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. 🥰

Tranquil Getaway
Property was very clean and well appointed. Perfect size for me, my husband, daughter and our dog. The view was just breathtaking and the nature around the house gives you a lot of privacy even so close to the beach and other houses. Loved our weekend visit and will definitely stay here again.

Great stay
We loved our stay except for the ant problem we battled. We had to make sure nothing was on counters and lost a wonderful cake to them. Dog dish had to be moved so the ants weren’t in in his food. But we loved everything else.

Peaceful with a Great View
The house has a nice layout with a nice great view of the ocean. It is about 9 minutes to Waldport and 20 to Newport. The beach is 2/10 of a mile down a hill. This is a good place to watch a winter storm and watch a nice sunset.

Heavenly beach house
Loved every part of this home. Easy check in process and comfortable sturdy furniture. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and stocked paper products. The garden/ doggie area outside was well planned out and beautiful. The cleanliness of the home was 11/10. This property exceeded all my expectations. Location was perfect short walking distance to the beach. My old dogs got just enough exercise without overworking them on the walk or at the beach. One of my dogs has very poor recall, but the house had A couple of long recall leashes. Came in very handy for beach walks.
