"We loved our stay. The house was clean and so inviting. We wished the weather would have been better to go Kayaking, but otherwise, we had a fantastic stay. Would love to go back with the kids."

"The hotel and restaurant are wonderful. The location is remote so cell phones have a hard time but the rooms have TVs and WiFi. The Restaurant is amazing lots of history the menu includes some great southern food, Free Range Venison with hunter sauce is one of my favs. The location is beside Cross Creek a location to sit and watch a sunset before going to the bar. Be sure to look in the library it is something lots of books, stuffed animals and a canoe. This is a piece of history."

"This was a peaceful place and had beautiful views of the lake. If you're trying to get away from a busy city - stay here. The decor is nice, beds were comfy and the host was attentive. She thought of everything!"

"This apartment is full of culture; art of multiple mediums and historical memorabilia, passed down through generations. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. And the shower is amazing! I wish I’d booked a longer visit. Hope to stay here again."

"House was perfect for our family."

"The decor is beautiful, beds comfy and amenities were just right. It's obvious that the apartment is older but very well updated. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street. Laundry...

"Location was new and very clean. Host was easy to communicate with. "

"The house is comfortable and well stocked. The grass hadn't been cut in quite a while. 4 out of 8 of us fell down the stairs going up to the 2nd floor. Need some improvement!!"

"If you are looking for a weekend trip to UF for a Gator game or other UF event this is a great place to stay. Located right of I-75 and convenient to the Oaks Mall and looks of quality restaurants. The rental unit is quiet, clean and enjoyable."

"Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. The cottage was comfy (3 adults and 1 dog) and had everything we needed and more in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed all the extra amenities provided throughout the cottage and property. "I recently stayed at this VRBO and had a great experience. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The location was convenient for accessing UF campus and town, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and amenities."

"Cute tiny home for us to retreat in the evenings after visiting with our daughter, son in law and 2 grand daughters. It was perfect for us in a private country setting to find our quiet place from the busy home of our kids. The added entertainment of their donkeys, dogs, and zebus was fun for my husband who loves animals. Hosts were very attentive, kind, and could easily be friends! Clean, small kitchen for our morning coffee and a simple egg breakfast. Being a tiny home, it is compact, but we...

"The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The owner clearly communicated and check in and out was super easy. We went to Mill Creek Farm the retirement home for horses which was so wonderful and I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed a brewery and winery near by (about 10 min drive) Daft Cow and Beaker. The coffee shop I'd recommend is Doxa (about a 5 min drive). Downtown Alachua itself was a little disappointing. It's unfortunate that there aren't more shops and restaurants...

"It was great stay and had everything we needed. We were there for work so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake but overall great experience. Only concern we had was being able to lower the AC, it was just really warm at night overall great. "

"This was a GREAT property. Everything was perfect. We loved the house itself. It was the cleanest of all VRBOs I have ever ver stayed in. The property was gorgeous and the hosts had it set up with everything we could possibly have needed. Our only issue was that we all wished we had planned on staying longer! "

"Passamos somente uma noite e foi bem desagradavel pois o quarto que nos instalaram não funcionava o ar condicionado e nem as lampadas. Nos trocaram de quarto e durante a noite havia um som irritante dentro do quarto, parecia um apito, não conseguimos dormir. Desconfiamos que fosse o sensor de fumaça que fazia esse barulho. Café da manhã fraco. Lamentavel minha experiencia nesse hotel."
