"Not our first time here, we love the house and location, a short drive to both Akaroa and Wainui beach. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. A great choice for a relaxing holiday."

"Our third time staying at this wonderful home. It just has the most relaxing vibe. Had the fire going & enjoyed a peaceful couple of days with those incredible sea views. Love this holiday home!"

The property was extremely cold on arrival and we were too scared to use the gas fire after reading the reviews about it having a possible gas leak. Two lights in the main area did not work - we used the free standing lamp until it started smoking one afternoon! The sofas were so uncomfortable we actually sat on the floor - this really needs addressing. The curtain in the second bedroom broke on the second day when we went to open...

"A beautiful modern home with gorgeous views! It would have been nice to stay longer. 2 small issues - we had a cold night and a few extra blankets would have been nice. Also, we're filtered coffee drinkers, there was no instructions on how to use the Nescafe machine, and no viable filter coffee option. I recommend a simple French press and instructions for the machine! Thanks! "
