You can use your own account information to access Netflix while you are here. Upscale Hawaiian themed decor including chocolate suede sofa in Living room. Comfortable bedroom suites with cushy King and Queen size beds and luxury bedding. DVD player. The Lanai faces a beautiful grassy area of the golf course with some lava formations along with the great Ocean and Golf views... complete with Teak fold out table - 4 chairs and 2 folding loungers with tropical cushions. There is a portable BBQ located on Lanai.

Hali'i Kai Amenities are one of a kind! Multi-tiered Resort size pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. There are loungers right in the water! Oceanside cafe and bar with it's own gourmet chef. Fully equipped Fitness Center set on the lava cliffs overlooking the ocean. Watch the whales while working out! Tennis Courts on site. Please be advised that there is a front desk located to the right of the Hali'i Kai gated entry where you will need to check in to get the Ocean Club pass. ***The front desk will charge a $ 25.00 per day resort fee for use of the amenities. *** You will need to pay them directly with your credit card. Cash or checks are not accepted.

Prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

**Please note this property offers an outdoor communal & private pool.

**The private pool can be heated and would need to be requested from the front desk upon guest's arrival.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The starter pack contains:Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
