Cypress Hillside is a magnificent 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home perched on 4.5 acres with breathtaking views of Wagga Wagga & its picturesque surroundings. Ideal for large groups or families, this spacious retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, tranquillity, & adventure. Cypress Hillside is on the outskirts of Wagga – an 8-minute drive from the Central Business District. This expansive residence boasts five generously sized bedrooms, multiple living areas, a pool, a firepit & so much more.

This expansive residence boasts five generously sized bedrooms and multiple living areas, ensuring ample space for everyone. The Master bedroom offers a secluded sanctuary, featuring a queen bed, an ensuite and a private deck. In the second and third bedroom there are queen beds. Finally, in the fourth and fifth bedroom, there are two single beds in each room (4 single beds in total).

The functional living areas are equipped with smart TVs and comfortable seating. There is a small library available for guests to enjoy. There is a beautiful grand piano that you are welcome to use. The Yamaha C7 semi-concert grand is renowned for its quality and bright tone.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the manicured gardens through a glass splash-back, inviting entertaining. Keep an eye on the kids playing outside as you prepare delicious meals with SMEG appliances, and enjoy the convenience of a large fridge with French doors and a built-in ice maker and water filter.

For those working or studying away from home, there is a small office/study with desk space, chairs, a printer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

A landscape architect designed the extensive outdoor areas, which include a funky monkey playground, trampoline, and terraced lawns. Explore hiking and biking trails or unwind in your very own forest, complete with a fire pit area for stargazing nights. The land is designed to be used all year round. Embrace winter warmth by roasting marshmallows at the elevated fire pit or bask in summer sunsets at the outdoor entertaining area with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. There is an in-ground magnesium-salt pool for your enjoyment.

Guests have access to all areas except one locked bedroom, one supply cupboard and the garage.

During your stay, we ask that you:

Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a secure pet run.enclosure; however, pets are not permitted to come or stay inside. Note - there is no boundary fence. So when not in the enclosure, pets should be secured with a lead.

Load all used / dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle (dishwashing tablets are provided).

Smoke outside (ashtrays are provided)- a fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house.

Keep noise to a minimum.

Take the rubbish out to the outdoor bins.

Return all items moved during your stay to their original location Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property.

Place used towels in the laundry on departure.

Turn off lights, air conditioner and heaters when away from the property or checking out

Noise - our neighbourhood is a residential neighbourhood. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level.

Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave. For more information on this policy, please refer to section 8.2.2 of Airbnb’s Terms of Service.

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen had all the the things we needed during our stay. The younger kids loved the playground, whilst the teens enjoyed the fire pit. All loved toasting marshmallows. The kids also enjoyed picking salad greens from the veggie patch. The only complaint was that it wasnt warmer so they could go in the pool. And now I'm being asked to buy a baby grand piano so they can practice on that rather than an ordinary piano! The host was great with helping me sort out issues, and offered to collect groceries for us as we were late to arrive 10/10
