"I booked this place for a 3-week chronic pain program and had to leave within the first hour. There was visible mold, it was filthy, and nothing matched the listing photos. I requested a refund immediately they refused. I never got my money back. I had to book multiple hotels just to make it through my program. This place cost me a fortune and added stress I absolutely didn’t need. Total scam. Avoid it. gonna have to take them to small claims court. "

"This apartment is in a nice building, close to many restaurants and shops in Uptown, as well as to many lakes. The host provided many items for a comfortable stay, although there were some things that could have been better. I sent him a private message with suggestions. Carstin was very responsive to all of my many questions, especially since I'm not used to digital check-ins. I was glad I didn't have a car because street parking was horrible, but it's easy to walk everywhere and the apartment...

We visited during one of the hottest weeks of the year to help our son move apartments and the two split duct air conditioners were easily able to keep us cool in our downtime. "This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is quiet and clean. The family that lives upstairs are quiet and nice. The location is good with easy access to highways and lots of things to do. The couch is nice and comfortable for binge watching Netflix. "
