Waco Vacation Rentals manages the property and is available to respond to any questions you have about the property or the check in process. You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information 7 days before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.


Kick back and enjoy your favorite shows with local channels and Netflix streaming. We believe that pets are family, too, so bring your furry friends along! Take your dog for a walk in the beautiful park just one block away. For our smaller guests, we offer a play-n-stay and high chair upon request, ensuring everyone feels at home.

Our vast, private, and fully fenced backyard is a sanctuary during nice weather, offering the perfect space to unwind and enjoy your stay. We happily welcome two well-behaved and vaccinated dogs to join you, with specific breed and weight restrictions applying.


THe Lyle House is self check in after 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. We will emall you a code for access on the day of your arrival.

At The Lyle House, you'll find an array of amenities to make your stay exceptional. This spacious 1837 sq. ft. home features 3 bedrooms, a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen casting TV. With 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and the sleeper sofa, we comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. You'll have access to 2 full bathrooms, one in the hallway and another Jack and Jill style between two bedrooms.

Immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, The Lyle House is your haven of comfort and relaxation. Unwind in the sunroom, where a large flat-screen TV awaits your entertainment. We love those furry bundles of joy. We allow maximum 2 pets with a $100.00 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for oder removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.
