This a working historical farm property from the 1850's with River Cabins on the Bourbeuse River.
It ws first established by Deitrich Voss as a grist mill though sadly the mill has since burned to the ground and is gone forever. The beautiful stone house remains and is visible from the cabins on the river. I love to talk about the history of the property and am happy to share it with any guest who asks.
It's all very scenic and quiet.
These cabins have "outdoor showers" and outhouses. There are no indoor bathroom facilities. That said, the cabins are very comfortable and cozy with full kitchens and nice decor, a/c and heated water. You'll feel like you're staying in a lovely hotel room with camping amenities..
There's so much to do in the area for those who seek some adventure. We have canoeing at the outfit across the way, great fishing out your backdoor, hiking and all kinds of antiquing and wineries to visit. Very small town and quaint.
This property is unique, a once in a lifetime experience to share with family and friends.
