Wir sind mehrmals zu Fuß ins Dörfchen Gavalochori heruntergelaufen und haben die extrem schönen Tavernen sehr genossen. Es führt zwar lediglich die Straße ohne Fußweg ins Dorf hinunter, da die Straße aber wenig befahren ist, stellt dies kein großes Problem dar. Da sich die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur befindet und die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss liegen, hätten wir uns Insektengitter an...

"Bei der Villa handelt, es sich um ein mit Liebe zum Details eingerichtetes Objekt. Alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sind vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat, dann hat sich unser Gastgeber Pon Logan sofort darum gekümmert. Generell war Pon ein sehr aufmerksamer und sorgsamer Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar und auch mit Tips hilfreich war, das hat sich schon beim Check In Vorgang bemerkbar gemacht. Was wir besonders genossen haben, ist das die Villa abseits des Trubels...

"This is a great home for a family or group of friends. The view from the pool and terrace is exceptional and the local town has some really great restaurants. It is a beautiful home, well located to explore this great island!! I can't say enough about Joanna, her communication with us was exceptional. She gave us great recommendations and was kind enough to leave us supper for our late arrival. We were so lucky to have met her as well. I will be back :)"

"Hallo zusammen, wir waren 3 Wochen in der Anlage. Bei der Anreise hat das Check in super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben sehr groß. Leider muss ich auch einiges bemängeln. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher war nicht sauber. Hatten Ameisen in allen Schränken von der Küche und die Töpfe naja. An der Einrichtung gehört auch so manches gerichtet. Wenn man diese Mängeln behebt, ist das wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Grüße Familie Unbekannt."

"Brilliant location. Lovely views, great apartment. One small thing, the light bulbs are a very white stark bright light,it would be nicer with a warmer bulb as it felt too bright and corporate. But the whole apartment is great x lots of room. The hotel room service was excellent. Really helpful and friendly "

Accès à plusieurs plages très facile ainsi qu'au village de Plakias où tout est disponible (supermarchés, pharmacie, boucherie...). 2eme séjour en Crête SUD : nous reviendrons. La situation au centre de l'île permet un accès rapide à la cote Nord (La Canée, Rethymnon, Héraklyon...). Nicolle est très disponible et aux petits soins. Ainsi que Pedro sur place. Parfait."

"Quiet and rural, relaxing and nature-immersed, the villa was an ideal spot for an early summer break. Nikos was the perfect host, attentive and communicative but not over-bearing, simply offering guidance and support when needed. The villa is relatively simple, but perfectly and comfortably functional, clean and suffiiciently-equipped. "Patrick was very attentive to our needs and communicated with us often. The property was very clean. We were surprised that the kitchen and living area are separate from the bedrooms requiring going outside to travel between each. Listing mentions private pool but both the pool and patio are easily in sight of areas shared with the host which was not what we were expecting. Overall pleasant stay."

"Die Villa "wild Oregon" ist perfekt gelegen und gut ausgestattet für zwei Erwachsene. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool ist perfekt für ganze Tage "zu Hause", Tavernen im Umfeld sind super zu erreichen, ebenso Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Sightseeing Möglichkeiten. "We loved it, beautiful villa with lovely views, s9 peaceful, well thought out provisions and a generous welcome pack. We had a lovely stay. Local village Plaka had a small selection of nice tavernas and Almyrida a further lovely choice with a good sandy beach, pretty views and not overly touristy. My only slightly negative point is that it was described as a short walk to local shops and tavernas. This was a 5-7 minute drive to Plaka and a further 5 minutes drive to the beach, all downhill there...

"Just back from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. Our first visit to Crete and it did not disappoint. The villa is a 30 min drive from Chania airport. Directions to the property were easy as were the instructions to let ourselves in. The villa itself is amazing and the photos do not do it justice. The house is spacious with large bedrooms which are all en suite. Each room has its own balcony which boasts incredible views and the seating on these make the perfect spot for cocktails...

In der Gegend sind zahlreiche Tavernen, Bars, ein Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Souvenirläden. Um zum Strand zu kommen benötigt man ein Auto. Das Haus war groß genug für drei Personen, auch eine vierte Person hätte genügend Platz. Die Dusche ist etwas klein, aber trotzdem Ok. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. "Overall a really good villa but the pool is too deep for younger children and there wasn’t enough larger drinking glasses for more than 2 people when the villa can sleep 6 or more. The cleaner was very good but bedsheets and towels could have been changed more than once with the heat being so high over the 14 days."

The terrace upstairs has a nice view to the mountains and the sea; if it is windy, there is a smaller terrace downstairs that is more protected. The owners Kostas and Maria are very helpful; Kostas provides a lot of information for trips in the surroundings. Maria was busy with the family's restaurant Knossos, which is located at the Venetian harbour in Rethymno....
