"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr abseits, dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe. Man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Ricardo als privater Vermieter war immer erreichbar, hilfreich und total zuverlässig. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und hatte alles was man benötigte vor Ort. Wir haben 14 Tage dort verbracht und handn uns wohl gefühlt. Danke Ricardo für den tollen Urlaub."

"Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. "

"Erg mooi huis en prachtig zwembad. Binnen iets gedateerd, maar dat geeft niet. Voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten. Een aantal matrassen waren niet ideaal en aan vervanging toe (erg zacht). Mochten we weer deze kant op gaan, zouden we zo weer in deze villa gaan. Weg naar het huis is deels onverhard."

Der Gastgeber war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam – gleich am ersten Abend hat er uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, was gar nicht nötig gewesen wäre, denn er hatte bereits ein kleines Starterpaket mit Nudeln und anderen Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt. "Plus qu'un séjour, c'est une formidable rencontre avec Salvatore et Paola. Accueil irréprochable, chaleureux et d'une générosité sans pareil. Tout est mis à notre disposition pour passer un bon séjour. "Only one item to be aware of, the charge for electricity will be at least €150 per week. I assume that this was because the filtration on the swimming pool was running perhaps 18 hours a day. We visited in mid-September and only used the air conditioning for a couple of hours a day for less than half of our stay, so that wasn’t the issue. Not a complaint, the property is outstanding value for money, just something to factor in."

"Photos are accurate. A comfortable rustic house with a lovely garden and pool that provides a secluded peaceful haven for a relaxing time. Surrounded by orange and olive groves. Nice cantina in local village and other restaurants 20 min drive away. Key tourist sites in the east of the island are 1-2 hrs away. You will return home very rested. A warm welcome from Franco, the owner, and Francesca who is a very attentive guide for the visitor, always available on WhatsApp, and speaks great English....

"The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest. "
