The villa's proximity to Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin ensures that the lively pulse of city life is never too far away. The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 794 m2, and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40 m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not too warm months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request.

Villa Casa Veritas can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends. This modern, newly built vacation home has 192 m2 of living space , and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with access to the terrace, pool and garden, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and access to the terrace, and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a wonderful panoramic view of nature. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet.
