Sandbridge Dunes Condominium's has a reputation as being a very clean and beautiful and won awards for its landscaping.
The Sandbridge Market is across the street and very handy for all your shopping needs. They have the best donuts in the area!
Several restaurant's within walking distance. The Sandbridge Island Restaurant and Simply Steamed are favorites!
Sandbridge Dunes is across the street and on a guarded beach!
Includes two covered parking spaces in our garage for your convenience. Very close to the elevator.

We love this condo!

Our second year at this wonderful condo. Clean and spacious. We love the pool and the view out back. Miss it already and hope to stay again soon. Owner is super responsive and helpful, too.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. We could not have dreamed up a better place to stay. From having all the beach equipment with easy access right at the garage to all the little things you hate to pack. We have 2 teenage boys and the loft was a perfect hangout spot for gaming and was out of the way of adult conversation. The balcony was great. Nice relaxed area with some cute shops and ice cream. The beach was amazing and clean and not over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Unbelievably Perfect!

Perfect quiet location to walk to a few restaurants and not too far to drive to some great ones! Thank you for the beach wagon and chairs! Thought of everything here! Perfect girls weekend place. Wonderful condo and we really enjoyed our trip! A couple of issues. The pictures were misleading about the view. We didn't have a good view of the beach and water from our unit. Also toilets are too low for elderly persons to get up from. Would be a great unit for younger families.

Great Beach Front - Very Clean

We stayed in this property during colder weather for my daughter's nearby track meet. It is so beautiful and comfortable inside! I can definitely say in warmer weather this place is in a perfect location, though not many food choices in walking distance. You will surely need a car to drive 10-20 minutes to food or stores. The condo was VERY clean, plenty of space for the five of us with my son taking the upstairs loft area. It was nice having some amenities, especially the washer and dryer. With one elevator, one may need to take the stairs during the busy warmer seasons. Would love to come back when it is warm and spend more than 4 days!

Beautiful property

Rented this property April 2-6th 2025. Very pleased with our stay. We were in town for a wedding but had time to check out the beach- quick walk from the unit. The condo is nice, clean and in a great location. The host sent all details needed prior to our arrival. We recommend this location.

Spacious accommodation at the beach

We loved staying here. It felt like a home away from home. It was so nice to have all the kitchen essentials. We visited mid March and the weather was chilly and windy. We went to the beach one day and utilized the wagon, sand toys, and beach chair that was in the storage closet in the garage. Everyone in my family said they want to stay here again. We will absolutely stay here again!

Family wedding

Came from Boston to Sandbridge for family wedding. Place was spotless, convenient and well accommodated! Would be a fantastic summer spot! Owner was very responsive to ?ā€™s we had before arrival. Many families rented properties in the area for the wedding, have to say ours was the best one. Cleaner than others for sure. No musty smells etc!

Fantastic Place

This unit is wonderful. Itā€™s clean. Itā€™s spacious. Itā€™s well stocked. We stayed there for Thanksgiving. It was very comfortable. Big kitchen. We loved the area. Easy access to head back to the mainland for essentials but itā€™s also directly across from the Market so any last minute purchase or need is available. I would return in a heartbeat. Owner is very responsive.

Large wonderful condo for families!!

Greg was an amazing host. He answered my questions promptly and completely. I asked if we could possibly have an early check-in because of flight times. Greg said he would do his best and he did! We were able to check in early after a long night of flying. The condo was perfect for our large group with ample sleeping arrangements and perfect bathrooms. The condo was in a great location and was stocked with everything we could imagine. We would recommend this condo and host to everyone!
