After swimming, sunning, and surfing, finish the day by relaxing in the luxurious jetted tub.

The owners of this oceanfront condo love to cook, so there's a well-appointed bar and kitchen with every type of dish, pan, and utensil you might need to prepare a gourmet meal with cocktails. The large dining table has room for the entire group to enjoy these delicious meals and conversation.

After dinner, soothe your kids to sleep in one of the relaxing wooden rockers or enjoy a selection of movies, books, magazines, board games, and puzzles. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans in every room, multiple TVs, DVD players, VCRs, a Pack 'N Play, a booster seat, two high chairs, an infant bath hammock for the tub, and even special kids movies, bath toys, dishes, sippy cups, bibs, burp clothes, and utensils.

On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

Things to know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The rockers are for indoor use only.
Please bring your own sheets for the Pack 'N Play.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
