"We had a wonderful stay! The property was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the thoughtful extras provided—beach chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear, which made our beach-hopping adventures so much easier. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Cruz Bay. Highly recommend this place for a family! Owner was very responsive. Even brought us fresh papaya. "

"Best views on the island. Great sunrises. Night sky was fantastic. Clean. Nice to have beach chairs and a cooler to take snorkeling. Paulina was easy to communicate with. The driveway is steep, but easy to navigate with a Jeep. Would definitely recommend and do again. "

"This is a beautiful property that exceeded our expectations, the views are incredible. Had all the necessary amenities, was clean, and beautiful artwork, architecture, and furniture. Tommy was attentive and very helpful for anything at all you need from check in, general questions, and check out. Very convenient 1-2 min drive to both cinnamon and trunk. Grounds and architecture were sooo cool. Highly recommend, I will definitely stay here when we return to St. John. "

"We loved this apartment. It was very spacious for the 2 of us and has a couple of nice outdoor seating areas. The power did go out our first night for a couple of hours, but someone brought us a lantern which was super nice! The only downside is we had trouble getting the check in and out instructions and I had to message the host to have them sent to me. But outside of that it was a lovely stay!"

"We stayed in the ground floor unit and it was plenty large enough for my husband, myself, and our two adult sons. The house is surrounded by vegetation - you will hear the roosters crowing in the morning and birds chirping outside. There is a small patio where you can sit and drink your morning coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature. "Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay."

"Our family had a great week at Flamingo Gardens enjoying the clean, well-located, new residence. Just a ten minute drive from Cruz Bay the rental came with the use of a new Jeep and was close to restaurants and a grocery store. "We had an excellent week on St. John. Yellow Flamingo unit was clean, air-conditioned and as described in listing. It has a whole house generator and drinking water filtration system. Pool was one of highlights of our stay - beautiful mountain and ocean view! Well-stocked kitchen, bathroom linens, washer/dryer. Would stay here again! "

"The house was kind of dirty. Dust along the windows, some windows didn't even have blinds. The fridge didn't work at all but I didn't know that until the house manager messaged me apologizing about the fridge after I had arrived. She brought over a tiny mini fridge to alleviate the situation but it was too small to even hold a carton of eggs or a gallon of milk. Theres a gap between the outside door and the floor that allows lizards and bugs to enter freely. One small AC for the whole House...
