The Creek House, a creekside tree top cabin

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable 5 acre escape. Kayak in the creek or just enjoy the sounds of the nearby waterfall from the historic damn. Sit by the fire pit or on the porch swing and let your worries float down the creek.
This tiny tree top getaway has a king bed, two twin beds, a fold out sleeper and a queen size air mattress. Enjoy the full kitchen or cook on the grill. After you paddle up and/or down the easygoing creek you can wash off in the outdoor shower.

A very tiny House, clean and safe zone. My kids loved the kanu and to be free round the house. We miss a table outside and a chairs but all others was there what we need. Thank you for your quick answering.

Fun place to stay and play!
Cute tiny house! Came with kayaks and paddleboard to use while there. We used these on Racoon Creek and had a great time! With 4 kids and 2 adults we knew it would be tight, but the host was kind enough to drop off extra sheets and blankets for us to use on the couch and blow up mattress! Ants were all over, but this is probably normal for Ohio ;) Overall, a fun place to stay if you are in the area!

Great place to relax!
Very relaxing! My wife and I spent a week at the cabin and it was wonderful. We went kayaking on the creek everyday which was amazing. We will be back!

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the creek house! My husband and I came for a weekend getaway to relax and escape reality for just a couple days! That’s exactly what we got! The property was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed! The views were beautiful and the sounds of nature relaxing! We loved playing board games on the deck, kayaking down the creek, and relaxing in the hammocks! I highly recommend this property! You won’t want to leave!

A perfect weekend!
My spouse and I booked this property as a last minute getaway trip. The home was spotless clean, the perfect size for the two of us and so cutely decorated. The communication and check in process was excellent. We loved the letter board welcoming us on our stay, the host thought of everything! The swings and hammock below was our favorite spot for our morning coffee. We cannot wait to come back in the warmer weather to enjoy the Kayaks and cornhole!

Peaceful little home with a great view
My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The perfect quiet getaway. We enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare meals and the deck for our morning coffee. We are hoping to return for a stay in the summer!

Great property for nature lovers
We enjoyed thanksgiving week in this lovely creekside tiny house! The hosts gave us a heads up to check out Gallipolis in Lights, which the kids and I thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the kayaks, corn hole and fire pit. We also drove over to hocking hills one day.

Sad occasion wonderful retreat
Came to town for a family funeral, unexpectedly. Don & Ashley were so wonderful and accommodating in every way possible for such a short notice rental. While our trip was a sad moment, the cottage was so serene and peaceful. Was a nice place to reflect and just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the creek and nature. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful place to rest our weary selves. We look forward to future visits and rentals to enjoy more of the surroundings!!

Great Stay
We enjoyed our holiday weekend. It was cozy, but it was family so we were fine with it. The grandkids enjoyed the swings under the porch and the yard at night for catching fire flies oh, and the snacks left by the hosts! Very well taken care of property.

Great place by the creek!!
The place was beautiful and cozy. It was like staying in a modern treehouse by the creek. SOOO relaxing! The hosts have everything needed for a stay while we visited some of the local attractions in West Virginia. Kayaking was great fun just be mindful of the submerged tree where you put in. I found it and flipped like a champ. :) I would highly recommend the creekside cabin to anyone and if I am ever up that way again will absolutely book a stay! .

The creek house was amazing!! the view was spectacular as was the sounds of the creek. My only suggestion would be a coat rack maybe on the wall outside of the bathroom. It would be nice to have a place downstairs to hang jackets / wet towels. cant wait to visit again!!

Calming Creek House

Great little place!
What a wonderful little property! The bed was very comfortable and the place was super clean! My husband & I only needed it for an overnight stay while visiting family, it was perfect. We can't wait to come back in the Spring to use the access to the water and enjoy the balcony.
