We loved cooking in the large, light-filled kitchen, and there were multiple different dining locations - inside and out. Thanks to Sam for making sure we had everything we needed."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Dexter for a wedding weekend. Our group unanimously declared it one of the largest and nicest homes any of us have ever rented. The kitchen is gorgeous- equipped with more than enough dishes, silverware and kitchen gadgets- often a concern in rentals. Every room was clean and coastal chic, the beds were comfy as well. It’s so rare to find a place for such a large group that still allows for privacy, space, and ample bathrooms. The “sofa” bedroom was private and...

"Tranquil and restorative location. Ac in all rooms. Modern kitchen. Entire interior appears recently updated. Nicely isolated property giving you lots of privacy. The only other companions on the property are two horses, a pony, and chickens!I’d go back without question. "

"This stay was just fantastic. It’s just a great place. Everything was personal and professional. The house was great whether you’re a small party or larger group. Every single space was great. The communication through out were fantastic as well so we felt very welcome. We enjoyed the outside every day and the pool was a great spot to hang out but this place has so many great little spaces and nooks that work so well. We can’t recommend this place enough. "
