Bright apartment with pool and amazing view

IL POGGIO AL SOLE:
Our apartment stands in a hillside area from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the lake Garda.
It has been completely renovated and newly furnished.
It is composed of two bedrooms, one bathroom, living-area with kitchen and sitting room, a large terrace on the front where you can dine outdoors enjoying a unique view and a private garden on the rear where you can sunbathe.
It is part of the Residence "Il Poggio al Sole" with a swimming pool where our tourists can relax.

POOL AND ITS RULES:
The swimming-pool is shared with the other owners/guests of the residence.
It is open from 1st June to 30th September.
It can be used from 8.00 am to 1.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
AN HAIR CAP MUST BE WORN.
It is not allowed to use sun loungers by the pool.

POSITION:
The complex stands in a elegant residential zone on the hills above Salò reachable via a winding but easy road. Salò is 7 km far.
The nearest supermarket is 4 km far, while the nearest restaurant 2 km. Car is necessary.

RESIDENCE:
The residence Il Poggio al Sole is composed of 8 buildings. In each building there are 4 apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor).
Our unit is on the first building (this guarantees more privacy) and it is on the first floor, with a large terrace on the front and a private garden on the rear.
