The house is fully equipped with two rooms, one with a queen bed and the other room has 2 individual mattress. The bathroom is shared, it has cold and hot water. A living room with a 42¨ tv with local network channels, dining table for 6 people and a kitchen with all the supplies you may need. Free WIFI.

Why this house is unique? It has an amazing tree that provides shelter and it shades the house all day long, so it makes the house really comfortable and warm weathers. And also it was where we grew up as a family.

One of the eldest neighborhood of Villahermosa, you can found beautiful houses near, also it is with controlled access. You have a lot of amenities walking distance, such as, Parque Museo La Venta, Parque Tomás Garrido, Las Ilusiones Lagoon, MUSEVI so you can enjoy our nature. And if you want to dinner, 3 blocks away, you have more than 20 different options of typical and not typical food.

There are all kind of transportation, you can take a taxi 15 yards from the house, also you can ask for an Uber from the couch of the living room. Those are the safest transportation, but if you want to take public and collective, you can walk 700 yards to the next bus stop, but I do not recommend it for foreigners.
