"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended! "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property; it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We took advantage of the bike rentals on the beach and local restaurants. Just a few updates would make this a five-star stay. The furniture on the main floor seating room off the kitchen is worn and dirty (it could definitely benefit from updating/ better seating options), and the bathrooms are fairly dated. There is what appears to be a separate, third floor apartment...

"Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen."

"Had a great time staying for a weekend at this condo. 3 spacious bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Location was everything, 1 house from the beach with beach views. 1 block from the main section with restaurants, bars, dessert, and coffee shops. Farmers market comes on Sunday. There was street noise and could hear if any of the neighbors in the complex were on their balconies hanging out but certainly some bedrooms quieter than others. Didn’t mess with anyone’s sleep but sensitive sleepers would...

"Great location to Disney parks! Only a 20-25 minute walk. Lots of space for a family of 4 or more! 2.5 baths was a definate plus. Property manager was quick to respond even prior to our arrival. The only complaint we had is that it lacked some general cleaning, but the property manager very quickly offered to rectify the situation. While a bit inconvenient at the start of our stay, it didn't impact the rest of our trip. "

"Property is just as pictured. No frills but very well organized, everything very easy to use. A/C works very well, BBQ grill is really great, all kitchen appliances in good working order, bath towels fresh, soft and plentiful, roomy closets. Great location if you want close to ferry, easy walking to bayfront. "

"We came back for our second summer in a row and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Ideal location to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Newport and Balboa and the absolute best spot for people watching! We loved just sitting on the patio, feet up, enjoying our wine and admiring the ocean in front of us. Big enough for our family of 4, and it's so great to have a garage. Highly recommend for the most convenient and comfortable place to stay on the beach. "

"This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect."
