"Parkside had everything we needed to make our family get together fabulous! From a comfy bed for everyone to the perfectly stocked kitchen Parkside had it all. To top it off the Location was ideal-close enough for everyone to do their own thing in and around Salida and meet back at the house for family fun. Would we stay again? Yes!"

"We really enjoyed our time in Salida! The house was exactly as pictured; it was comfortable, stocked well, and had plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area was very spacious as well - the deck was great for morning coffee and the yard was huge, and our dog had more than enough space to play outside. It was an easy 8-10 minute walk into the heart of town, which we enjoyed. We will be coming back again! "

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay on this property. The proprietors had a lovely organic garden and were happy to share their produce with us! The interior space was very clean and well appointed, including a lot of color from the Stainglass window and the interesting art. highly recommended"

"This adorable house was perfect for our stay in Salida. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The only complaint I would have is that it was hot and the windows were difficult to open. Other than that it was great! "

"We booked this home as it is posted as being in very close proximity to the Great Sand Dunes. While the VRBO posting indicates the home is 4 minutes from the park, it is actually over an hour drive. We did have a fantastic time. The property was beautiful and clean with the exception of fruit and house flies in the main living area. I would recommend it as a great get away relatively close to the national park but be sure to plan accordingly."
