"We had a great time. The cottage was spacious enough for my three teenagers but still cozy and it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It's a great space to just get away and be with family. The Babiuchs'"

"This property was just about perfect. Lots of light and spectacular mountain views. We had one minor issue and host was instantly responsive and problem was quickly solved. Property was close to town and was clean and modern. We did not cook any meals but easily could have. Kitchen was well well equipped. Highly recommend this property and this host. "

"Our stay at the River Rock Retreat was amazing. A nice house with all the amenities and access to the River from the back yard. It offered a secluded feel but still close to neighbors with a perfect view of mountains from the back porch. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our stay great! "

"Beautiful home with lots of charm and everything we needed. Very clean and updated. Not far from restaurants (5-10 minutes drive) and 30 minutes from Monarch Mountain. Sleeps 4 comfortably! We will be back!"

"Great house with great views! You can see the mountains and the river! Sit on one of the many patios and listen to the Arkansas River flow by. It was amazing to have a fire out down by the river. We ended up making a couple of fires down there and just really enjoyed our time unplugged from everything. "
