"A terrible experience. My flight from Dresden was delayed, and my train arrived in Chemnitz after 11 PM. I called the hotel by phone to notify them of the delay, and they informed me that the front desk check-in was only until 11 PM. I had already paid for the stays through this site, and so I went there anyway. I called again, they answered but do not received us, and I had to pay for another hotel (I used Hotels.com again). I would like to know how Hotels.com will solve this, as I paid for...
"The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was delayed and we had a serious problem to check in at another hotel that we had already paid for on this site, and booked this hotel few minutes before arriving, and we were well received. The hotel has large rooms with two separated areas, with good comfort and a good breakfast included."
"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants.
I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy.
I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

Die Unterkunft war sauber.
Das einzige was vielleicht noch verbesserungswürdig ist, wären Kleiderhaken für die Jacken, außerdem gab es nur 3 Bettdecken für 4 Personen. Ansonsten war aber alles gut! "

Das Hotel verfügt auch über Mittag- & Abendessen.Man sollte eventuell reservieren um sicher zu gehen.
