Apartment Rules:
Thank you for choosing our apartment as your holiday destination. To maintain the quality of our services and property, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following some fundamental yet essential rules required by our management team.
Reservations are only permitted for guests who are at least 21 years old. All guests must be informed at the time of booking.
Extra overnight guests beyond the reported number are not allowed. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization.
For safety reasons, the use of glass bottles and utensils in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Any accidents resulting from non-compliance with this rule will be the guest's complete responsibility, including cleaning costs and ensuring safety for future guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence, including e-cigarettes. The use of DRUGS is prohibited on our premises. Guests are aware and agree that the violation of this rule will result in a charge of up to €100 to cover odor removal and residue cleaning.
Parties or events are not allowed. In the event of an unauthorized party or event not previously authorized by our team, we reserve the right to charge €100 as a compensation for breaking this rule.
USE OF WASHING MACHINE: We kindly request that guests rinse clothes and remove as much sand as possible before placing them in the machine to avoid engine damage.
POOL: Adult supervision is mandatory for all children using the pool. The pool depth is 3 metes. The pool operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
GARBAGE: the green container is located at the left exit the building.
LATE CHECK-OUT:A lot of times we have guests arriving on the same day that you are leaving. To ensure that our cleaner crew have enough time to clean and prepare the house for the next guest we charge €40 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.
NOISE: Although we do our best to provide a serene and tranquil stay, since it is an apartment complex, you may encounter some maintenance in other properties or building which we do not have control of.
The apartment is located on a building with 3 floors and is located on the ground floor.
If there is any necessary maintenance needed, we expect guest to understand that temporary noise is expected and be aware that refunds does not apply in this case.
Upon the reservation guests are aware that they are in agreement with all rules.
