Located in the Florence area of Tuscany, Villa Simone is a charming old farmhouse with a private swimming pool. Ideally suited for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is 3 km from Vicchio, where you can find shops and restaurants, and 39 km from the art city of Florence with its many attractions. There are many activities to enjoy nearby including water sports on Lake Bilancino, golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club and shopping in the Barberino Designer Outlet.

Villa Simone (380 sqm) and develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room (with fireplace, sofa, chairs, satellite TV), a dining room, a large kitchen with fireplace (equipped with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher) and a laundry room, as well as one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one bedroom (with French bed suitable for two children or one adult), three twin bedrooms (each with two single beds), two bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet) and one bathroom (with bath, basin, bidet, and toilet).
