## Space
Set in the peaceful “Azuréa” residence in Vias Plage, this warm and air-conditioned 36 m² house is ideal for a family holiday, combining comfort, friendliness, and practicality. The beach and the main shopping street of Vias Plage are both within walking distance, allowing for a stress-free stay.

On the ground floor, the house features a bright living area with a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), a convivial dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The bathroom, also located on the ground floor, includes a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer, and toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a classic filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, mini oven, microwave, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils.

The sleeping area offers:

one bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 × 190 cm double bed,

a second bedroom upstairs with two single beds (90 × 190 cm) featuring thick Emma mattresses, ideal for children or friends.

👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed.

Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace fitted with a retractable awning and outdoor dining furniture, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments in the shade.

The property includes one parking space within the private parking area of the residence. An additional space may be available (visitor parking, subject to availability), and free street parking is also available nearby.

👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the very first moments.

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property for key handover and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay.

👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
