"We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll...

"If you are looking for convince, caring host, private and so much more than this is the cottage for you. From the little touches to the peaceful exterior, the firepit and all the exterior seating they offer. We had such a great stay i could go on and on. We loved how close it was to the activites in Sylvan without the noise of some of the places we have stayed at. The privacy we had staying was wonderful. I would recommend this cottage to everyone coming to Sylvan beach. "

"We flew out from Arizona to attend our Son's graduation from Syracuse University. Our stay at the lake house for 5 nights was wonderful. The house was clean and Miles was very inviting. The location was great and we had a wonderful time.I truly wished we extended our stay for a little long. Thank you for allowing to stay at your beautiful lake house we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend your lake house. "

"Celebrated my daughter getting married with a couple friends and family members. It was a nice relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. "Had everything you needed & more. Adirondack theme with real wood. The interior was designed and decorated tastefully. A Beautiful place. Property Manager was extremely helpful & pleasant. "This property was perfect for our stay! There is a separate entrance to the upstairs that is well-lit. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout the process and even suggested local events that they thought we might be interested in. From the fluffy oversized towels to the snacks, they thought of everything. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!! "
