High Court Verona House

Corte Alta Verona is a house with a private entrance, a private garden spread over three internal floors and an outdoor area for parking and barbecues.
On the ground floor we have a new kitchen and a large central table, TV and bathroom.
On the first floor a bright double bedroom with fireplace.
On the second floor there is a large double bedroom with three single beds and a large windowed bathroom with shower.

Suitable for workers (near the ring road and Verona Est motorway)
Guests who seek an area of ​​peace and relaxation and breathe clean air

The apartment is obviously equipped with Wi-Fi.
City tax of € 1.50 per person per night is not included.

You will have free access to all the rooms of the house, garden, barbecue area and parking.

- To reach the hotel via the Verona Est motorway junction, it takes 10 minutes to reach 9.4 km.
- To reach the Verona Arena, Piazza Brà by car takes 16 minutes, the distance is 6.4 km
- To reach the pedestrian area you can use public transport lines 52/92 which take 22 min.
- Porta Nuova train station is 8.2 km from which you can reach the property by bus line 92, or by taxi at the number 045 532666

Charming countryside
If you looking for a quiet and charming place near Vérone and surrounding , also near Autostrada, this is the place to go! Beatrice is a lovely host and the photos present here consistent with what we hard on site . Really nice stay.

Beatrice was a wonderful host, providing recommendations on where to park, restaurants and grocery shopping. We chose to eat in since the house was so comfortable and the grocery stores were easy to get to. The location is convenient for exploring Verona and the surrounding area (many wineries) including Lake Garda. And it was fun to drive the scenic routes to experience the rural and hilly countryside, though the highways are very close also if needed.

Très confortable et tranquille
La maison est jolie, très propre, bien équipée et les lits sont confortables. Beatrice nous a gentiment accueille et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages avant l’heure prévue d’arrivée ce qui a été très apprécié. Le village est très agréable et tranquille. A partir de la maison c’est possible de prendre une longue marche dans un petit chemin bordé de vignobles 😍.

Schöner Urlaub in schönem Haus
Das Haus ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Bei Temperaturen bis 36° war die Klimaanlage sehr nützlich. Wir haben schöne Rennradtouren gemacht. Das Schwimmbad in Mezzane liegt inmitten von Weinbergen und ist schnell erreichbar und zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Étape idéale pour découvrir Vérone
La maison de Béatrice est une base idéale pour découvrir Vérone et ses environs. Située à l'écart d'un petit village (avec des commerces), elle permet d'accéder en 10 minutes au centre de Vérone. Le lieu est calme et facile d'accès (sauf pour les grosses voitures). La maison est bien dotée et confortable. Je recommande vivement, pour un couple seul ou famille avec 2 enfants. Et Béatrice est une hôte très sympathique, attentionnée et discrète.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus von Beatrice ist sehr schön, die Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich groß und die Betten sind bequem. Das obere Bad ist auch schön groß, bei dem unteren muß man erstmal schauen, wie man sich auf die Toilette sitzen kann, sehr eng. Der Garten ist sehr klein, aber sehr schön, wir sind da gerne gesessen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und Beatrice hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir waren zufrieden ☺️

Bel endroit calme aux portes de Verone
Nous avons eu un grand plaisir à séjourner dans cette très belle maison, pleine de charme. Beatrice est une hôtesse très accueillante, prévenante et discrète. Grâce à l'emplacement privilégié de cette location, nous avons pu profiter de la richesse culturelle et gastronomique de la région ainsi que des douceurs du lac de Garde.

Perfect down to the details!
Very detail oriented host who has everything labeled and organized for you. She greets you with a smile and offers snacks for your stay. The house is very well taken care of and includes a beautiful small garden to sit outside. I would definitely recommend!

Tolle Unterkuft in einem Vorort von Verona
Perfekt gelegene Unterkunft in einem Vorort von Verona, der alles für den täglichen Bedarf bietet. Es gibt eine Busanbindung in die Stadt, mit dem Auto dauert die Fahrt ins Zentrum von Verona ca. 15 min. Trotz später Ankunft wurde wir sehr freundlich empfangen, die Besitzerin hat uns eine detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung zukommen lassen. Die Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich eng, es gibt direkt am Haus einen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück der Besitzerin, die direkt nebenan wohnt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die hochwertige Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, und bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. Nette Kleinigkeiten für das Frühstück und im Bad (Duschgel Zahnputzsets für alles Gäste) rundeten dieses Bild harmonisch ab. Es wurden viele nützliche Infos für einen Besuch in Verona und Umgebung bereit gestellt. Der kleine Vorgarten mit Sitzgelegenheit unter einem Olivenbaum ist eine wahre Oase.

Schöne komfortable Unterkunft für Erkundungen in Verona und Umgebung
Wir waren 14 Tage in dem schönen Haus und haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist schön und komfortabel, die Bilder lügen nicht. Die Busanbindung nach Verona ist sehr gut und mit dem Auto erreicht man auch innerhalb 1 Stunde viele Ziele am Gardesee und im Umland . In Poiano findet mann 3 gute Osterias, 1 Bar und 3 Supermärkte und 1 Eisdiele. Den Ort selber fanden wir nicht so toll, die Unterkunft und den Vermieter können wir empfehlen. Great location for exploring, excellent host and property
The property was really clean, comfortable with lovely personal touches. Beatrice and her husband were really friendly and helpful. Verona is ten minutes drive away with Venice, Padua, Milan etc plus the stunning Dolomities all within train or driving distance. Plus lots of delicious food and wine everywhere.

Traumhaftes Schmuckstück für Romantikurlaub bei Verona
Wir haben zu dritt wunderbare Tage im sonnigen Herbst in diesem neu renovierten und zauberhaften Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin Béatrice begrüßt und fanden als Willlkommen eine herrliche Obstschale vor. Für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war bereits alles in der Küche an Lebensmitteln sehr gut bereitgestellt, Getränke fanden wir im Kühlschrank vor, ein herrlicher Kaffee mit der Kapselmaschine - an alles war gedacht. Einfach perfekt! Der schöne Olivenbaum vor der Tür mit dem schönen Sitzplatz ist ebenso ein großes Highlight und wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen. Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Béatrice und Mario für die sehr nette Gastfreundschaft!

Séjour septembre 2017 Claude et Maria Très belle maison, très confortable, au calme, une belle vue sur les vignes, Béatrice et son époux sont très accueillants, commodités très proches commerces, bus...très bien situé pour visiter Vérone et ses alentours. A strategic site to visit Venitia
The house was very well kept, very comfortable and with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet and calm neighborhood. Formidable maison : incontournable !!
Nous avons passé 4 jours formidables dans la maison de Béatrice, maison typique et formidablement décorée, très bien située dans un petit village calme près de Vérone et à proximité du magnifique lac de Garde. Béatrice et Mario sont adorables, très accueillants, très prévenants envers leurs invités : un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse !

Großartige Ferienwohnung in den Weinbergen mit Blick auf Verona
Wir waren im Juni 2017 zu Gast bei Beatrice Gaspari und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Zu unserer Überraschung hat die Gastgeberin für uns schon Wasser, Saft und eine leckere Obstschale im Kühlschrank platziert. Anstelle einer Wegbeschreibung zum nächsten Supermarkt im Ort, hat sie uns gleich mit ihrem Auto dorthin gefahren. Eine sehr nette Geste. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung der 2 Bäder sind in einem sehr guten, gepflegten und sauberen Zustand, auch alle technischen Geräte. Es gibt in der Wohnung WIFI und Reiseführer in 3 Sprachen über Verona, Tipps für Restaurantbesuche (das Restaurant "La Poiana" im Ort Poiana ist erstklassig und sehr bezahlbar. Es hat eine ganz besonders schöne Atmosphäre, unbedingt hingehen). Unser Lieblingsplatz war der kleine, aber traumhaft schöne Minigarten, in dem wir täglich unter einem Olivenbaum gegessen haben. Wir sind so angetan von diesem Domizil und der italienischen Gastfreundlichkeit, dass wir im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen werden. Absolute Spitzenklasse und sehr empfehlenswert! Andrea aus Osnabrück

The nicest and most beautiful apartment we ever had
We stayed at the Beatrice’s Apartment, 2 adults and 2 children (9, 10) from 2.6.2017 to 6.6.2017 It was exactly as described, comfortable, clean and very quiet neighborhood. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the toilets were clean and nice and you have a small garden in the front of the apartment to enjoy the sun and relax. The small town La Poiana is stress free and Verona is very easy to reach in 15-20 minutes by bus. Beatrice and Mario were excellent hosts, the neighbors were also very nice and polite, they make us feel at home. Check in and checkout times were perfect and punctual. Beatrice and Mario were always there and gave us tips on what we could do. We can only recommend this apartment to anyone because we had a very nice time there.

Pleasant stay in a lovely old house
We spent 4 nights in this lovely house which is probably several centuries old but well refurbished and nicely decorated. The kitchen, the living room and a small toilet is located on the ground floor, one bedroom on the 1st floor and another bedroom together with the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Beatrice was a very kind host and welcomed us with some fresh fruit. The house is nearly at the end of a small alley in Poiano, a village north of Verona. Besides using a car it is also possible to take the public bus from Poiano directly to Verona (every 15 minutes, just 20 minutes to city center).
