We had a great time. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Nicely decorated. The location was great for us . Just a short walk to the Island bar restaurant, the beach and close to the tennis courts and the golf course. Really looking forward to using it again next year!!

Lage ok, Ausstattung ok aber leider die Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht. Es war allgemein sehr staubig und das Bett war voll mit Haaren und Flecken.

To Snowbird or Not to Snowbird
This was our longest ever trip, 13 days and we used it to help us determine if we want to become snowbirds, choosing a location that caters to part-time citizens. What a wonderful home away from home for us! It is exactly like the pictures show. With a second sink/vanity area outside the full bathroom, we had more than enough room for the two of us! Why aren't all houses built like this! We didn't think about "no see ums" when we packed, and this host was prepared for that, as well as having kitchen appliances for any need. So kind! If I have any helpful advice, it would be to vacuum the dust collecting areas under dressers and between the slats of the louvered doors on the laundry area - so minor. We learned how to play shuffleboard and pickleball as well as learned some of the intricacies of condo rental/ownership. Our highlights included the resort's Island Beach Bar and Restaurant - a shout out to Madison among others, Cayman Center Pool, the Ocean Village equipment rental office and library - where we stopped daily to help with the community puzzle, and 1 mile of private beach. This host even shares 2 camping chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. The grounds of this resort are beautifully landscaped, immaculately kept, and is host to a range of fun to watch wildlife. Moreover, we found everyone, both on the resort and off, to be very friendly and helpful. From here, we enjoyed some short trips to Manatee Island Grill, Hurricane Grill and Wings, Square Grouper Tiki - best at sunset, Jetty Park, Jaycee Park, and Yuengling on tap everywhere. We also explored, Sebring and Okeechobee to the west, and from Vero Beach south to West Palm Beach, including Stuart. Thank you to our thoughtful hosts.

Jerry was easy to communicate with and very fast with responses. OV was a wonderful resort that had an abundance of activities to keep us busy. We felt Jerry's cleaning crew could have done a better job. We enjoyed everyday!

Needs some cleaning
Overall good stay. I think it was a fair value for the stay. There were a lot of dishes , utensils, kitchen items that needed cleaning before use. While the rest of the place did not seem dirty it did make us question how clean the sheets and linens were. We washed them anyway. Everything needed was there as well as a few seasoning. It was hard to find the right unit at night on arrival. There are no numbers anywhere on the door or unit. We knocked and tried the code and it worked so we assumed we were at the right place. The place was decorated well. The master bed could use a new mattress as both me and my wife woke up with back aches consistantly. The complex itself is great. Plenty for the kids to do and it was really close to the beach and main pool. We usually dont spend a ton of time in the room so the few downsides did not bother us much. Everyone had a good time.

The condo is in a great location, just steps from beach, pool, golf, tennis court, shuffle board and the great Tiki bar with great food and cocktails. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The king size bed is very comfortable. We came with 2 teenage boys and it was a little crowded but we made it work. The couch in the living room folds out to a queen size bed and there was a twin airbed. There are some really good restaurants close by and the beach is clean and wonderful. We had a great time.

We were Disappointed in Hutchinson Island Condo and Location
We arrived after dark and in the rain .. there were no numbers or identification at all on the unit. The parking space numbers were there but faded and difficult to read. The Front door looked like a utility room door and with no number and located at the end of the building and under a staircase. It did not match the other units that had numbers and 1 regular door. There were 2 doors to the unit with the front one hiding the door with the security box. We searched and searched and went back to the car a couple of times. We were tired and it was late and we discussed in the car the possibility of just finding a hotel. Once we located the condo on the 3rd look and were inside, we were disappointed with the decor and lack of comforts ..lack of soap and thin towels to name a few. The soap dispenser in the bathroom had a thin layer of dried soap that I added water to and shook to get enough soap to wash my hands when we arrived. We completely moved out after 1 night and and wasted the fee for the second night. We were very disappointed with the remote location down on the sparsely populated part of Hutchinson Island and close to a nuclear power plant. We were really disappointed with this property.
