"Constant power outages due to 3 window air unit's. Parking is impossible and took approximately 45 minutes each time to find a spot. The front door lock was clunky and took several minutes to open, to list a few issues.We asked for a discount after due constant problems and were told we would hear a decision after check out which was 1 week ago, and nothing. "

"We had a great stay at the little apartment in Mushkey’s house. The neighbor is safe and diverse. We had a designated parking spot! Checking in and settling was painless. Host is very responsive and respectful. We will be back. I put 4 stars for location as it was a bit of a drive to Loyola, as she was getting registered there. "

"The apartment itself was fine (except for the shower)--roomy, clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower was adequate -- temperature control was unsteady, and the drain was finicky. The host also provided enough coffee for our entire stay, which was a nice touch. However, there were major problems in communication. Queries went unanswered for weeks. The Expedia site promises that entry instructions (the lockbox code) wouldl be sent 48 hours before check-in. When I asked if it could be...

"After arriving at the apt, we realized there was only a wall air conditioner in the living room, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not good when it’s sweltering outside. We chose to forgo our payment and not stay in the apt. It was clean and nicely decorated but too hot to sleep with out air conditioning. "
