"Location was an older remodeled home. It was cute, quiet, well stocked, and met our needs perfectly. Landlord had great communication. I would recommend this place as an excellent place to stay."

"Our stay was everything it should’ve been. Communication was great, check in and out instructions were very clear and very simple making our arrival and departure so smooth. The home was clean and comfy, and just as described. The coffee bar was a very nice touch especially with the cold temperatures this week. Highly recommend!"

"The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future! "

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"

"I completely enjoyed staying at this unit. Jennifer was very courteous and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. I will be coming back!"

"As Described!! Quiet, comfortable, and a great location. We loved the ability to have our dogs with us and walk them over to Dog Park. (less than 500 feet away) Nice private entrance and a reserved parking spot, loved having access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Short drive to restaurants and bars. "

"We were in town for Thanksgiving and are so lucky that we found this house! The pictures were fantastic on the app but when we arrived it was just so beautiful in person! The work and thought that has been put into the home has paid off. We hope to come back again, and if we do we are sure hoping Peppers will be there too!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. We stayed for a few days for the Nascar cup series race in Martinsville. We also enjoyed the serenity and the wildlife we seen during our stay! The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the bathrooms even were equipped with badic heeds as well. We meant both John and Rose before we left and they're both a nice and pleasant couple. They also were very responsive whenever we needed someone. Thank you letting us be your guest and we will stay here...
