Living this apartment will let you experience the Italian lifestyle and feel part of the village vibrant life....
A central, historic, authentically restored apartment, overstanding the marina like at theatre, crazy sea view, at just three minutes walk from the train station and a short walk from restaurants, cafes and shops and the ferry to other villages of the Cinque Terre.
For those who want to arrive by car: the road that goes down to Vernazza is for experienced drivers. Private parking space is 300 meters from the house, just where the pedestrian zone begins (the access ramp is not suitable for SUV and MiniVan).
The apartment has a large and comfortable living room, with fresco ceiling and sea view. A double room with AC, a room with two single beds with AC and private bathroom. Second bathroom. Equipped kitchen. Heating. WIFI. Linen and beach towels provided. Cot on request
The apartment is on the 2nd (EU) floor, 23 steps only!!!!! from the beach.
Vernazza is a village of the 1400, the church of Santa Margherita is from 1100, and there are no houses with elevator but the most house-towers have steep steps.
We live in the so called Vertical Landscape!
Vernazza has a single road, which goes down and comes to the square face to the beach : from morning to evening all the life of the village pass in front of the sea.
From train station to the apartment at the marina, no cars admitted, no luggage services.
The central position and the descriptions above make it possible that this apartment was used in the past by an important family in respect of Vernazza community and of the Genoa Republic merchants and officers.

Awesome location in Vernazza
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and would stay again. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The location cannot be beat, right off the square, and a mere 3-4 minutr walk to the traun station.

Magical time in Vernazza
We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in Vernazza at Cristina’s place. Beautiful location, pretty quiet, comfy beds. The washer and drying lines were greatly appreciated. We swam, hiked, ate and explored. Cristina and staff were super responsive. We would definitely return!

An excellent oasis in the midst of the crush of Vernazza. View the activity from the windows of this lovely apartment You can be part of all that happens or watch it from it above. The apartment is large, comfortable and feels part of the real Vernazza. We had some strong waves while there and it was a pleasure to walk down and watch them, and then see them from above through the apartment windows as well.

Outstanding place to stay in Vernazza. Helpful staff. I had trouble getting in (my fault - follow the instructions to the letter) and they helped me quickly. Not quiet some mornings with them working in nearby restaurants, but worth it for what may be the best location in the Cinque Terre. Great town. Great location in the town. Overall highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Vernazza
We spent three nights here in Vernazza. Staying in Vernazza was the best way to experience the town and Cinque Terre. Many tourists come and go during the day but in the early morning and later at night the town settles down to those who live locally or are staying locally. The location is perfect for touring the town, hiking or swimming. Our pair of couples hiked to Corniglia one day and to Monterosso the next. Vernazza was the perfect spot to do both of these hikes. Please know that the location is right next to the major restaurants with night-life happening. You will hear people through late night and you will hear garbage and recycling collectors in the morning. The air condition drowns out most of the noise but given the proximity to the liveliest part of town there will be noise. Lastly the apartment was clean and well kept. It felt authentic and was beautiful. We had 4 adults with us and the beds were comfy and met our needs. We were able to clean clothes and set them out to dry on the dry-lines as well. Lastly, I would encourage people to take the train or boat to Vernazza. We drove a car and while it was thrilling to us, many drivers would find the road coming into town too much to manage with tight, blind turns and small roadways with little to no safety barriers. It is not for the faint of heart! Yes this rental has a parking spot. I wouldn't recommend taking a car if the train from La Spezia would suffice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! 5 Stars!

Loved Everything About it!
We had friends who stayed here a year ago and when I reached out about things to do in the area, their first words were "if you can stay in this apartment it couldn't get any better". We rearranged our trip to take advantage of the open dates and were so glad we did! It was the best location- Amazing views, walking distance everywhere, spacious, clean and serene. We loved it and would stay here again!

Magical place in Conque Terre
The apartment is located right in the middle of everything. We loved hearing the noise of the diners below and the sound of waves from the our bedrooms (the air conditioning was also a nice amenity for a July visit when it was time to sleep). You can tell that the placed is cared for and loved. We highly recommend!

Vernazza Gem
We enjoyed our stay at Cristina’s apartment in Vernazza, the prime location overlooking the sea and main square is amazing and we spent many hours people watching and enjoying the view. The stairs to the apartment are minimal however pack lightly as the walk for us through the town and summer crowds was claustrophobic. It was a wise choice to stay in Vernazza overnight as the crowds were overwhelming during our stay and it was only early morning and late evenings when the day trippers had gone that Vernazza shone. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms only however you can’t adjust below 23 degrees and both units leaked for us. The sea breeze is lovely and was enough for us during our stay however it should be noted there are no insect screens due to the window style so we could not leave them open overnight. In my opinion the mattresses, pillows & linen could do with being replaced. We didn’t use the kitchen however appreciated the washing machine and cleanliness of the property. The piazza is lively and noise was an issue for us both late in the evenings and early mornings so if you are a light sleeper best to bring ear plugs. We ate dinner at Pippo a Vernazza one night and it was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Thank you Cristina for sharing your tiny piece of Vernazza with us!

This beautiful property was immaculate, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is incredible! Amazing views of the sea from our apartment window. Less than a 1-minute walk to the beach. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station. The apartment is beautifully furnished and historic.

Excellent Location
Vernazza was by far the best of the Cinque Terre and this property offered a beautiful view of the main square, beach and sea. All check-in/out processes were seamless, and given this was our 3rd week away the washing machine and hang dry were key to getting us to the last leg of our trip. On Fridays and Saturdays don't expect a quiet, early evening as there were parties that went past midnight - we enjoyed watching the dancing and music from the windows, but know that might not be for everyone. A/C, hot water, wi-fi all in good working order and beds and baths were more than comfortable for our adult party of three.

The apartment is old but nice. It is located right in the main piazza in Vernazza. It is spacious with two full bathrooms and a kitchen with a griddle, refrigerator and even a clothes washing machine. There is a living room dining room combo giving you plenty of room. The down side is that it is in the square where each morning at 6:30 am they dump glass bottles and other trash. It is loud. If you are an early riser this won’t be a problem, if you like to sleep in, invest in some good earplugs. The owner is very nice and responsive and other than the noise problem in the morning it is a nice place to stay.

Catching up with friends in Cinque Terre
After a two year delay due to COVID, we finally had an opportunity to travel with friends to Cinque Terre. It definitely did not disappoint! The location of our apartment in Vernazza couldn't have been better. We were lulled to sleep by the waves each night and entertained by travellers visiting the piazza in front of the apartment during the rest of the day.

perfect marina hideaway
we made a quick trip to cinque terre last november and knew we had to come back to do more exploring. christina’s apartment was absolutely perfect. nicely appointed. comfortable bed and great shower. the view and location are out of this world. and the laundry was key. it is a harrowing, one way, golf cart size path into town. the parking is nice, but if you get queezy on narrow windy roads it might be better to leave the car in la spezia and take the train in. also vernazza is a pretty raucaous town at night. especially on the weekends. lots of carrying on into the wee hours with people celebrating and fireworks. for us it was all part of the experience. so, so fun! this twin knows how to party and christina is the perfect host. go now ☺️

My friend and I stayed at Cristina's charming apartment for three nights. First about the apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely comfortable for the two of us, a meticulously clean, unique apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular and the close proximity to the train station makes it an ideal base for visiting all the other charming towns in Cinque Terre. Despite the central location of the apartment and the cafes and restaurants nearby we did not have any issues with noise in the evenings and we both slept very well. Cristina is a wonderful host. All emails and messages were answered promptly and the whole process from reservation to check in and check out was very efficient and easy. A detailed book of instructions in the apartment provides all you need to know about the appliances and garbage disposal. etc. In the same book you can read about the history of Cinque Terre and of the building you are staying in. Cristina's knowledge and affection for the area is clear. I highly recommend this apartment.
