"We were in town for a family funeral. The place was roomy and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The directions and information in the house were very clear.We did have some problems locating the house as it has a long driveway. We’d like to suggest that a sign be posted at the end of the driveway with the street number. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and had the supplies we needed. Thank you! "

"We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Tom's house. It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. Tom's house also had a beautiful and open kitchen and gathering spaces (both indoor and outdoor) that were just delightful for morning family breakfasts and porch sitting as we watched the sun go down over those stunning mountains. "We enjoyed our stay - it was conveniently located with plenty of off street parking. We would definitely return to stay again. "

"The house was just as described with two bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It was comfortable. There is a small back yard that we enjoyed. It backs up to an office but has a tall wooden fence so you would never know. We were able to walk to a nearby brewery. It is a good location to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP"

"This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again. "

"The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. My son loved having the upstairs loft as his man cave. There’s a small pond just out front and the setting is beautiful. Definitely would stay again!"

"Great property with a lovely outdoor area. It was a bit warm during the day when we arrived even with the swamp cooler going full blast, but there are plenty of fans and we spent the days out and about so it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't say it's super walkable to the downtown, but it is only a five minute drive. Otherwise a very comfortable stay."
