"This property was perfect for our family! It is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona, but definitely fantastic to be out of the congestion of the town and up in the mountains! The view and property was incredible! How many other locations can say they offer a private waterfall right on the premises? This would be the perfect location for a family reunion or rustic wedding as there are several cabins to rent all in a row. We loved it! "

"If you want a luxury hotel, this isn’t it. Expect a cabin, and you won’t be disappointed. A lot of rules to follow but I guess that comes with such an old cabin. Enjoyed how it was decorated. Wife live the comfort of the bed. Trailer homes nearby but all were very quiet. With the stream nearby, we couldn’t even hear the road. Loved the view, loved the deck!"

"The property was extremely clean and in a beautiful and serene spot among the trees. This helped to hide some of the mobile homes nearby. "Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....
