"This was a super cute and fun rental! There was a little miss hap with water and the cold weather, but the manager was super responsive and quickly came to fix it! This place was a perfect place for us to do day trips to Sedona! Thanks for a great stay!! "

"We were able to have a peaceful retreat each evening and a central location to see all of the amazing landscapes in the area, Sedona, Flagstaff and even the Grand Canyon. "Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....

"Our adventure toward Sedona from Tempe is what brought us to Dewey House, and what a treat! We rented a JEEP which was fun on the gravel roads leading up the slopes to this cozy slice of heaven! Stars bright as ever, morning bird watching (and listening) with coffee on the cozy porch in a blanket watching flecks of snow fall and melt. Pam was an incredibly gracious host, offering extra blankets and a selection of treats (which the teens excitedly took to immediately)! Loved the dog treats in...

"This was the perfect getaway for our anniversary. The simple and rustic Miner's Cabin had all the necessary amenities in a rustic cabin. The historical documents and mining gear were also really neat to peruse. We were able to retreat from our crazy busy lives and spend time reading, talking, listening to podcasts and sitting on the porch. Thank you to the excellent hosts for letting us stay!"

"This is a great location. The trail leading down to the creek was a real treat. The house is comfortable and easy to access. We had a temporary issue with the hot water but was able to resolve it ourselves. Our puppies really enjoyed being able to have so many places to sniff and explore. The caretaker, John, was a super nice guy. "

"Appliances are in great shape. Master bed was comfortable. It was nice that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were stocked in bathrooms. Couches and carpet were a bit worn, but everything else was in good shape. Having never been to Sedona and entering the drive at night with all of the private property signage made us think we may have entered the incorrect property, but it was correct! "This rental was ideal as a base camp for my off roading adventures. Quiet location and great amenities, new features. Awesome communication with the host. Fresh eggs and goodies were delicious. Very comfortable rental and beautiful sunsets. Will return for more adventures in the area. "

"Nice little cabin tucked away off the main road. Neighbors are a bit close though. Host is super responsive. Very clean overall, cute layout. Oven didn’t work but I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon! We didn’t love the biolet/toilet situation but it worked well & there was no odor. Pillows were great, but the one bed wasn’t comfortable as it had a dip in the mattress. Sofa was very comfy! We got to enjoy some downtime as a family and that was wonderful! Close to Prescott square to enjoy the Christmas...

"We loved staying at this property. We had a couple of hiccups to start the vacation, but our property manager (Steph) was very responsive and understanding. The location is perfect for hiking on the west side of town. There is plenty of parking, and the hot tub kept its temperature nicely. I would recommend this property for any group of friends/family that is looking for R&R in Sedona. "
