La Villetta Primavera is at your complete disposal for a completely relaxing stay on Lake Maggiore with a breathtaking view of the Borromean Islands. Immersed in the tranquility of a well-kept private park of 7000 meters, the Villetta Primavera is the annex of the owner's residence. The house is located 250 meters from the brand new free beach of Suna del Buon Rimedio and from the Spiaggia della Beata Giovannina where it is possible to find a pizzeria/restaurant, aperitif bar with live music in the evening, beach and inflatable games in the lake during the summer and 500 meters from the free 3 Ponti beach.
The entrance to the house by car is convenient and takes place directly from the SS34 state road.
The 60 m2 villa can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with table and chairs, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony with splendid lake view, private garage and 150/200 m2 front garden reserved only guests furnished with table, chairs and barbecue for your outdoor barbecues, sun loungers, swing and slide for children.
The Primavera villa has independent gas heating, the price already includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, 1 parking space in the reserved garage, unlimited free wifi and air conditioning
Bed linen and towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided upon arrival.
The kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, glasses and everything needed for cooking, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine available free of charge in the garage.
Children are welcome, we provide free high chair and travel cot on request.
The house has a front garden reserved only for guests furnished with table and chairs and barbecue for your outdoor barbecues, sun loungers, swing and slide.
The entrance gate is automated, guests will be provided with a remote control to enter and exit freely. The rear pedestrian entrance on Via Buon Remedi allows you to reach the town of Suna comfortably on foot in less than 10 minutes, where you can find bars, ice cream parlors, shops, bakery, pharmacy, swimming pools and lido. Supermarkets are located about 2 km away.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked for documents for registration on the public security portal and will be required to pay the tourist tax of €1 per person per night in cash (free up to 6 years) as decided by the municipality of Verbania.
