Seaside Cottage is a cosy and comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation with scenic views. This property boasts stunning stone walls that add character and charm, complemented by unique flagstone flooring inside, creating a truly distinctive and inviting ambience. This open-plan seaside holiday cottage has 2 beds and sleeps 3 guests:
Safety note for the property:
- floor levels: the lounge has several small stairs / steps
- the small mezzanine sleeping area is accessible by a ladder and its head height is only 4 feet high so it might be unsuitable for people with mobility issues / visually impaired / children so extra caution is required.
- the fireplace shown in the bedroom is an original feature but is not operational for health and safety reasons.
- the garden is not enclosed so children and animals should be supervised at all times.

Dog-friendly holiday in Kerry: Parlour Cottage accepts max 1 dog - please note your dog must be reserved at the time of booking through our phone centre; dogs cannot be admitted without this confirmation. The garden is not enclosed and the dogs must be kept on the lead, cleaned after and watched all the time please.

1. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
