"The property and room were wonderful! It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. I do wish I had brought my own pillow, and there could have been a pizza cutter/more utensils available. I did love that there was a box fam in the closet. I always sleep with a fan. The beach chairs were great. They were light, easy to carry, and it was so nice that we didn’t have to pack our own on our 14 our drive. The location was terrific, because you are just 0.4 miles from Venice Beach, a 18 minute...

"Everything was exactly as stated. The area was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. It is a very nice house. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Nick was awesome. The stay was great even though we had bad weather 90% on the trip and had to leave early, I still loved the home and the area. Great place for a family. "

"Great location and accommodations. The condo is comfortable and met all of the needs of the trip. We would definitely return again. "

"Everything you need to be comfortable was available and the blue island colors were right out of Mamma Mia. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were cool and comfortable. TVs in each room were a great way for teenagers to separate and unwind after a busy beach day. The pool and ping ping table were a delight! All the beach chairs, toys and umbrellas especially were awesome additions and made a long beach day possible. All that was missing were a cooler and boogie boards so bring those...

"The homes five bedrooms were perfect for us to visit with family in the area. The pool is inviting and refreshing after a hot Florida day. The house is well appointed and had everything we could need. It's in a great area, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Tyler is very responsive and reached out a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. This was a great trip."

"House was like being home in TN; very clean and well stocked with everything you would need!! Beds were comfortable, couches were cozy, kitchen well equipped to cook, pool was clean and relaxing, tons of beach towels, beach chairs, and even surprised by the dart board and game table in the garage. Less than 10min drive over to Venice Pier to enjoy the beach; free parking! Found our first Megladon tooth this trip! We will be back to stay again next year! Thank you for hosting such a great home! "Stan and Liz exceeded our expectations! Beach towels, bikes, beach chairs…. that’s what we wanted and there was so much more! The pool was warm, the house was very clean, bedrooms were so comfy and the spacious walk in closet helped us stay organized! Manasota Beach was only a mile away (shark teeth ) and it was 15 minutes to Caspersen Beach. We will be coming back for another week long stay. This teacher gives this house an A! "
